Application Process

Registration and contract signing

You register on our platform and then receive a contract to sign. After sending the contract back to CrossBorder Career, you can access your personal online account.

Upload the required documents

You can upload all the required documents to your online account. This includes your CV, a copy of your ID, references, certificates and other professional skills. These documents will help us to give you the best possible support in finding a job.

Qualifications and requirements

Qualifications are an advantage for finding a job successfully, but are not absolutely necessary. The better your qualifications, the easier it will be to find a job and the more attractive the salary can be.

Connection with potential employers

We put you in direct contact with potential employers who have valid employment contracts. CrossBorder Career cooperates with a large number of employers in different branches and areas.

Communication and coordination

You can reach us by phone during the entire application process and finding a job. You can also view the current status of your application via your online access.

Support and preparation

To make your start in Germany easier, we provide you with an online language course to improve your German language skills. If the employment contract is successful, you will also receive information material about your future employer so that you can prepare for your new job in advance. In addition, you can complete relevant training courses to shorten your induction period in the company.

Time frame

Successful job placement usually lasts a maximum of 12 months. During this time you have already traveled to Germany and started your new job. The bureaucratic processes with Germany take up most of the time.
